3.1. Service Providers: LAND acts as an intermediary between users and service providers. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the services provided by third-party service providers.
3.2. Availability: All bookings and reservations are subject to availability and acceptance by the service providers. We do not guarantee the availability of specific services or reservations through our app.
3.3. Pricing: The prices displayed on the app for services and reservations are provided directly by LAND. We make every effort to ensure that the pricing information is accurate and up-to-date. However, please note that prices may be subject to change without prior notice.
3.4. Currency: The prices displayed on the app may be shown in different currencies for the convenience of users. However, the final transaction will be processed in the currency specified during the booking process.
3.5. Payment Processing: LAND uses secure payment gateways to process transactions. Users are responsible for providing accurate and valid payment information.
3.6. Refunds: You can request a refund for your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. If you cancel beyond this timeframe, we regret that we won’t be able to issue a refund, and any deposit you made will be non-refundable.
3.7. Cancelling a Booking: You can easily cancel your booking using LAND’s cancellation feature. Please note that if you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the deposit will not be refunded.
3.8. Disputes: If you have any questions or concerns about the pricing, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team. They are here to assist you and resolve any issues.
4.1. Ownership: All intellectual property rights associated with LAND mobile application (“the App”), including but not limited to trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, graphics, designs, software, source code, and any other materials or content created or used by the App, shall remain the sole property of LAND and its licensors. No transfer of ownership or intellectual property rights is granted to users of the App.
